Session A: choose a focus

Make a home movement clip, choose one focus and write one question you want the next clip to answer.

Session B: controlled repetitions

Use court repetitions with a partner or coach if available. Otherwise, use a shadow rehearsal to revisit the movement.

Session C: review and ask

Review a match or practice clip, then choose the next question. Fill in: this week’s shot, cue, practice place and review question.

Good questions.

How long should each session be?

Choose a length that fits your access, comfort and coach’s advice.

What if I cannot get to a court?

A shadow rehearsal can support movement review, but it does not validate ball contact or play.
