padeliq

Practise padel technique at home.

Home can be a useful place to rehearse a movement and review a clip, but it cannot reproduce contact, ball speed, rebounds or opponents.

At home. Outdoors. On court.

Make the space safe

Secure the phone and leave enough clear room for the full movement. Keep people, pets and objects out of the path; use a wrist strap if you use a racket.

Try a no-ball review

Choose a coach-approved movement, rehearse it slowly, record the full body and compare one preparation or recovery cue.

Check transfer on court

Do not assume a home rehearsal transfers to ball contact or match play. Check it later on court.

Good questions.

Should I hit balls indoors?

Do not assume that is safe or suitable. A no-ball rehearsal is the default example here.

Can home practice replace matches or coaching?

No. It cannot recreate the ball, court or opponent context.
