What we collect and why

If you request access, we save your email, the consent wording and time, and the landing-page variant and campaign labels that brought you here. If you answer the optional questions, we save your playing level and willingness to film a clip.

We use these details to respond to your access request and send invitations to use Padel IQ. The request asks for your consent to those emails. It does not subscribe you to unrelated promotions.

Page measurement

We count page loads, form starts and request-button clicks using a random identifier that lasts for the page. We save campaign labels from the link you followed. There are no analytics cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking in this version. Reloading the page counts as a new page load. To limit request abuse, we keep a short-lived, rotating keyed hash of the client network address. We do not store the raw IP address in the application database. Cloudflare may keep separate security logs.

Storage and access

Entries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessed by the project operator. Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure. We do not sell your email address.

Retention and your choices

Access requests become eligible for deletion after 90 days. Cleanup runs when the next collection request arrives; if the service is inactive, records can remain until that request or an operator cleanup. Earlier deletion is available on request. You can withdraw consent, request a copy, correct your details or ask for earlier deletion by emailing the contact above. You can also reply to a project email to ask us to stop contacting you. If you are in the UK, you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This service is for players aged 18 or over. Please do not submit someone else’s email address.
